Day 1
Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, we will head to Nevsehir (Cappadocia). After checking into a boutique hotel, we will rest and then go to a restaurant to enjoy the best Pottery Kebab and lamb. Following dinner, we will stroll through Göreme, tasting local wine and enjoying the sunset.
Day 2
We start the day with a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia to see the sunrise and panoramic views of the amazing "Martian" landscapes.
We begin our hike from Ortahisar. We will arrive at the village of Ibrahimpaşa (Babayan) from the Balkan Valley. Then, we move to the old Greek village of Mustafapaşa (Sinasos) through the Gomeda Valley.
After breakfast, we will start our hike from the Kızılçukur Valley, reaching the village of Çavuşin through the Rose Canyon Güllüdere.
After visiting the Church of John the Baptist, one of the oldest churches in Cappadocia, we will complete the hike in Paşabağ Valley, known for its three-headed fairy chimneys and volcanic bombs.
We will then head to the pottery town of Avanos, visit a workshop, and make a photo stop in Devrent Valley before heading to the hotel. Dinner will be at a restaurant with one of the most unique views, a wine cellar, and possibly the best menu in Cappadocia.
Day 4
After breakfast, we begin our hike from the village of Çavuşin, passing through the valleys of Meskendir, Saklı, Haçlı, and Ayvalı. We will then head to Uçhisar Castle, one of the highest points in Cappadocia.After lunch at a local restaurant, we will finish our Cappadocia tour with a trip to the underground city of Kaymaklı, one of the two largest underground cities in the region.
